As part of the selection process, Baldwin did an extensive review and evaluated several solutions.
The solutions considered included Monday.com and Copilot. The latter required many integrations before it was useful, and the interface was not intuitive, making it cumbersome and slow for clients to navigate and understand the status of projects. With Monday.com, despite the automations, it was challenging to manage client workflows alongside the internal team. Significant time was wasted going back and forth with clients to check on the status of tasks and deliverables.
